Configuring the Server for Remote Printer Mode

To configure the server for Remote Printer Mode, use the same procedure

used for setting up the print server. Once the setup is complete, start the

server.
Unless the slot number for the printer is 255, the print server name and

slot number that defines the printer must have the same settings.

5. Select a secondary server from a list of

file servers that are available.

Parameter

NetWare Remote

Sets Enable/Disable for the NetWare remote

printer.

Print Server

Sets a print server name.

Remote Printer

Number

Sets a printer number (slot number).
255 indicates any printer number that is opera-

tional.
