Function Selection (Total)
The Total key has three functions:
1. To be able to view either the current total of stacker 1 and 2 or the combined
contents of stacker 1 or 2, or stacker pocket 1 and 2 and the cull. This function
can be used only while your notes are still in the stacker pocket and before you
end the batch. It can be used in any of the process selections, except PIECE (see
Fig 1 & 2). Press the TOTAL key to access this view, then use the TOTAL key to
toggle between the two screens.
Note: if you wish to enter the BATCH, GRAND & CURRENT totals while notes are
still in the stacker pockets, you press the TOTAL key twice. Once to display the
current total, then again for 1 second to display all totals.
2. To show the three TYPES of Counter totals - BATCH / GRAND / CURRENT
when notes have been removed from the stackers or you have ended the batch.
Press the TOTAL key, then by using the UP (
) or DOWN (
) arrow keys, you will
be able to toggle between the Total Events (rejected notes), Upper stacker (2),
and the Lower stacker (1).
Pressing the TYPE (F3) key will loop the Counter through the Grand Total, Total
Current displays, and back to Batch Total.
(See next page for sample screen shots Fig 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10).
