Editing a telephone directory entry
Follow the instructions below to modify an existing
telephone directory entry.
1. At the Home screen, press the Down arrow key
to display the telephone directory.
2. Press the SK1 key. A small menu appears.
3. Press the Down arrow key to highlight Edit.
4. Press the Send key. The first telephone directory
screen displays (see Figure 7).
Follow the instructions in the
“Adding a telephone directory entry”
section (starting with step 5) to
move through the fields in the
telephone directory screens. 5. Proceed through the fields in the telephone
directory screens, making the necessary changes
as you go.
Deleting a telephone directory entry
Follow the instructions below to delete a telephone
directory entry.
1. At the Home screen, press the Down arrow key
to display the telephone directory.
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key until the entry
that you want to modify is highlighted.
3. Press the SK1 key. A small menu appears.
4. Press the Down arrow key until Delete is
highlighted.
5. Press the Send key. A message displays asking if
you want to delete that particular telephone
directory entry.
6. Press the Down arrow key to highlight either Yes
or No.
7. Press the Send key. If you selected Yes, the entry
will be deleted from the telephone directory. If you
selected No, the entry will not be removed from
the telephone directory.
