Setting telephone directory properties
You can specify how your telephone directory entries
are displayed (by first or last name) and sorted
(alphabetically or according to frequency of use).
1. At the Home screen, press the SK1 key. The
Main Menu displays (see Figure 6).
2. Press the Down arrow key to highlight
Directory.
3. Press the Send key.
4. Press the Down arrow key until Properties is
highlighted.
5. Press the Send key. The Directory Properties
screen displays (see Figure 10).

6. Press the Down Arrow key to select how names
are displayed in the telephone directory (i.e., last,
first or first, last).
7. Press the SK1 key to move to the Sort field.
8. Press the Down arrow key to select how names
are listed in the telephone directory (i.e., alpha-
betically by name or according to frequency of
use).
9. Press the Send key.
