Operating the answering machine from the base station
Operation of the answering machine from
the base station is not dependent on the
MSNs (users) specified. This means that if
the answering machine is off, it is off for
all users.
Switching the answering
machine on/off
To switch the answering machine on
Answering machine is off.

All currently set outgoing messages
(greeting messages) are played over
the loudspeaker (monitoring).
The red light 2 is on.
The answering machine is now on.
Press

The next outgoing message is
played.
Note:
Monitoring can be stopped by pressing the
On/Off key again. If the answering machine
cannot be switched on, the memory might
be full. This is indicated by fast flashing of
the red light 2 (delete at least one message).
If no greeting message has been recorded
yet, the standard message (plug & play) is
activated when the answering machine is
switched on.
The answering machine is switched on only
for those users whose greeting message is
activated.
Playing back recorded messages
If one or more new messages have been
left, this is indicated by the red light 2 on
the base station flashing.

The recorded messages for all users
(MSNs) are played back over the
loudspeaker. New messages are
played back first. If there are no
new messages, the machine begins
by playing back the oldest
message.
Note:
The handset display provides details on the
particular message, provided the handset
is in the base station or charging bay".

out the following functions:
Repeat current message
