Deleting messages
Deleting individual messages for a
user
An individual message for a user can only
be deleted while that message is being
played back.
You are playing back a message and want
to delete it:
1.
Press
P L
.
This message is now deleted.
Playback continues with the next
message.
Deleting all played back messages for
a user
With this procedure, for each user you can
delete all completely played back messages
together.
1.
Select "Delete all msgs".
2.
Press
OK
.
3.
Press
YES
.
Taking over incoming calls
You can take over incoming messages on
the handset.
The answering machine has switched itself
on.
The menu "Answer. machine" now shows
the function "Take over".
The outgoing message is played or the
caller leaves a message.
1.
Select "Take over".
2.
Press
OK
.
You can talk to the caller.
Note:
The message is recorded until you take over
the call.
