Instrument Setup

4.1. Activate the Peristaltic Pump

The occlusion frames of the peristaltic pump are opened during 

transport and storage. This prevents the pump tubes from sticking 

together at the pressure points.

Turn the occlusion frame [B] clockwise to activate the peristaltic 

pump. 

The peristaltic pump is ready.

4.2. Prepare Reagents

Make sure that the numbers on the suction lances correspond
