• Install the thrust washer

• Install the clutch sleeve hub assembly

 onto the counter-

shaft.

• Install the spring washer

NOTE:
The conical curve side of spring washer

 faces outside.

• Hold the generator rotor and tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut

to the specified torque.

Clutch sleeve hub nut: 95 N·m (9.5 kgf-m, 68.5 lb-ft)

• Lock the clutch sleeve hub nut with a center punch.

CLUTCH

• Install the washer
