HANDLEBARS
Loosen the handlebar clamp bolts.
A: Handlebars
D: Flange bolt
B: Clamp (Upper)
E: Dot mark
C: Clamp (Lower)
Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts to the specified torque.

A: Flange bolt
C: Dot mark

THROTTLE
Install the throttle assembly to the handlebar by using
two screws.

Cover the throttle cable adjuster and lock nut with
rubber boot.
A: Screw
B: Rubber boot
C: Throttle housing
NOTE:
Align the dot mark on the handlebars with the
mating surface of the front side of left clamp.
NOTE:
To install the handlebars correctly, first tighten
the bolt

of the front side with specified torque
and then tighten the bolt

of the rear side.
Make sure that the clamp has no clearance at
the front side as shown in the illustration.
Check to ensure that the throttle operates
freely and closes automatically.
