10.18.2 MODELS T60, T75 AND T120 – OLD AXLE
The old axle or part of the wheel has to be removed so that the axle can be pushed out from the
holder on the frame. Use a reciprocating saw, grinder or drill off the axle from the side where the
wheel is so that the wheel can be removed.
 If possible level the material inside the cylinder.

Switch of the electrical supply.
 Remove the covers where appropriate.
 Place support under the cylinder
allowing the wheel to be removed
without the cylinder tilting.
 Loosen the bolt that holds the axle Ø 25
mm. Tighten it loosely again.
 Cut the axle that the wheel is on which is
Ø 25 mm between the wheel and the
holder on the frame.

The damaged wheel will fall down.

Take away the M12 that has been
holding the axle.

Clear away all old parts.
 Put in the socket which is Ø 25 mm x 50
mm where the old axle where positioned.
 Take the new wheel and put in the stub shaft so that it sticks out 4 mm on the other side.
 Put the wheel and the axle in the right position and continue to push the axle in to the socket
which is in the hole of the axle.
 Assemble and tighten the M12.

Switch on power and test run before putting the covers back on.
10.18.3 MODEL T240

If possible level the material inside the cylinder.
 Switch of the electrical supply.
 Remove the covers where appropriate.

Place support under the cylinder allowing the
wheel to be removed without the cylinder
tilting.
 Loosen the circlips holding the wheel axle in
position.
 Push the axle from its position and remove the
wheel.
 Replace the wheel and axle.
 Switch on power and test run before putting
the covers back on.
