6-4 Rack Mounting Instructions
This section provides information on installing the SC745 chassis into a rack unit
with the optional rail. There are a variety of rack units on the market, which may
mean the assembly procedure will differ slightly. You should also refer to the instal-
lation instructions that came with the rack unit you are using.
NOTE:
The outer rail is adjustable from 26" to 35.9".
Removing the Top Cover and Feet
The SC745 chassis is shipped with the chassis top cover and feet pre-installed.
Both the feet and cover must be removed before installing the rails.
