5.2.2.4 Orifice Settings Section
Orifice Setting parameters should not be modified
unless instructed to do so under the direction of
SuperFlow Service Technician and then done so
by the administrator only.
NOTICE
The
Orifice Settings
section allows an operator
(USER login) to read the current settings and an
administrator (SETUP login) to adjust the flowbench
orifice settings.

Optimal Range Setting:
Clicking one of the
current range settings will open a popup window
that allows the administrator to adjust the
Optimal
Range Setting
of the orifice for each of the ten
range settings (1-10). The SF-1020i has ten (10)
flow ranges (see

Orifice Position:
Clicking one of the current
position settings will open a popup window that allows the administrator to adjust the
Orifice Position
for
each of the ten range settings (1-10).
The SF-1020i has ten (10) flow ranges (see
Nominal Flow Ranges" on page 17).

Write Settings:
Clicking the current
Write Settings
will write the current settings into memory on the
Wago PLC
.

Read Settings:
Clicking the current
Read Settings
will read and display the current settings from
memory on the Wago PLC
.

Leakage CFM x10
:
Clicking the current
Leakage CFM x10
setting will open a popup window that allows
the administrator to enter a new
leakage value
in the
unit of measurement
(CFM x10). The flowbench
measures all airflow between the calibrated range orifice and the open end of the device under test,
including air leakage anywhere in the path. This leakage can be measured and compensated for. See
section "Checking and Compensating for Leakage" on page 18.
