5.2 Wago Webvisu Application
The SF-1020i flowbench offers limited control functions by directly connecting a properly configured
computer to the assemblies Wago PLC via a CAT5 cable utilizing the Wago Webvisu application.
5.2.1 Connect the Wago Webvisu Application
Note:
These steps are provided as reference only. With the application properly configured, an operator will
need to connect to the app in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Login and click the Control Page button to
open the apps

on the Wago PLC.
The following steps are provided as a connection guide, please contact a representative if you experience
any problems while perform these steps.
1. Setup the
Control Computer.
SuperFlow
recommends using a dedicated computer
with an Ethernet Port running the Windows 10
operating system and Internet Explorer version
11 installed as the
Control Computer
. The
computer will communicate with the Wago PLC
through an
Ethernet Local Area Network
(LAN) cable. Follow the steps below to connect
the computer to the Wago PLC.
i. For direct connection, set the computers
Ethernet Port Static IP Address
to
192.168.0.200
.
ii. Connect a
Category 5
(Cat-5) network
cable from the computers
Ethernet Port
to one of the
Fieldbus RJ-45 connectors
located on the top of the Wago PLC.

Once the computer is properly configured and connected, open
Internet Explorer
and enter the IP
address
192.168.0.242
in the
Address Bar
. Press
ENTER
once the IP has been entered.
NOTE:
You may have a security page open asking
if you want to proceed, continue past this
page.
3.
If everything was properly configured, you
will be taking to the
Operator Login
screen
illustrated in Figure 5.2.
Click
the
LOGIN
button and enter either the
USER
or
SETUP
credentials below.
i. The
USER
login allows an operator to
control the operation functions of the
flowbench.
