Tailgate and Pusher Plate Will not unlatch. Dump mode SW signal
no present.
Check if DUMP MODE SW
input LED is lit on the Control
Module.
See- Pendant Control
LED on solenoid valve
connector not lit when
given command.
See - Electrical Problems
Unlatch LED on solenoid
connector lit when given
command, but no
movement.
Perform manual override to
verify electrical issue.
Will NOT open. Tailgate latch still
enabled.
Check if unlatch cabinet LED
is still lit.
Check if latched proximity
sensor LED is still lit.
Perform manual override to
verify electrical issue.
Will NOT eject. Tailgate up proximity
switch failed.
Check if tailgate up proximity
sensor
LED is still lit.
Perform manual override to
verify electrical issue.
Will NOT close. Pusher plate not fully
retracted due to
interference.
Check via clean-out port that
pusher plate is fully retracted.
Clean debris away from
pusher plate.
Extend, then retract
pusher plate again.
Check if retracted cabinet
LED is lit.
Pusher plate fully
retracted, but cabinet
LED is not lit.
Check if PLATE
RETRACTED LT output LED
is lit on chassis module.
Check if retract proximity
switch LED is lit.
Metal sensor bracket not
actuating prox sensor.
Check bracket adjustment.
Test for proximity switch LED
lit when metal iron metal
touches the sensor face.
Retract proximity switch
failed.
Perform manual override to
verify electrical issue.
Will NOT latch. Tailgate closed -
Proximity switch failed.
Check if tailgate close,
proximity sensor LED is still
lit.
Perform manual override to
verify electrical issue.
