Power distribution Control system not
powered up.
Ignition signal no
present.
Check circuit breaker at
control panel circuit breaker
panel.
Check for ignition signal at
control panel main power
relay RY1.
Power not available to
control system modules.
Check for +12V IN (IGN) LED
at control and chassis
module.
Check for +12V at boom
module.
No LEDs available.
Power for components
of the control system not
present.
Component has tripped
the circuit breaker.
Determine the cause of
over-current.
Load on an output
exceeds the output limit
and has shut down.

Determine the cause of

Remote Control Wireless remote not
functioning.
Remote Throttle not
enabled.

Check that the antenna is
present and connected
properly.

first works at the panel

Transmitter not working. Check that transmitter LED is
blinking when each button is

blinking, but receiver is
not working.
Check that receiver power
LED is on.
Check that the receiver
receive LED is blinking with
each button command.
Wired pendant not
functioning.
Remote Throttle not
