Tailgate will not open or close Not in “Dump” Mode. Set operation mode switch on
control to “Dump” mode.
Two hands needed to operate
remote pendant.
Press “SHIFT” button on remote
pendant while pressing the “EJECT”
button.
Ejector plate not fully retracted. Clean debris from in front of ejector
plate. Clean ejector plate guides.
Flow control valve at cylinder is
plugged or damaged
Securely support tailgate, slowly
disconnect hydraulic hoses, replace
flow control valve.
DANGER:
High pressure. Only
qualified mechanic should proceed.
Change hydraulic filter.
No hydraulic oil pressure. See - No Hydraulic Oil Pressure.
Hydraulic line pinched, plugged or
broken.
Locate, repair or replace.
Hydraulic cylinders failed. Replace cylinders.
Tailgate latch will not close Dirt or material accumulated on
collar, shaft, roller or tailgate surface
Remove all accumulated dirt and
material.
Rollers or shaft binding or frozen. Lubricate rollers and shaft. Free
binding parts.
Wireless remote pendant not
functioning.
Hydraulic pump not engaged. Engage pump.
Remote Control switch in cab is Turn on Remote Control Switch.
OFF.
Batteries are dead. Replace batteries.
Not in “DIG” Mode. Set operation mode switch on
Control Panel to “DIG” Mode.
Electrical malfunction. See Electrical malfunction.
Boom not functioning. Not in “Dig” mode. Set operation mode switch on
control
No hydraulic pressure. See - NO hydraulic oil pressure.
Pinched, plugged or broken
hydraulic line.
Locate, repair or replace.
Hydraulic cylinders failed. Replace cylinders.
Electrical malfunction. See - Electrical troubleshooting.
Boom functions are noisy. Dry bearing or pivot points. Lubricate bearing and pivot points.
No Water Pressure Water supply valve closed. Open supply valve.
Water tanks empty. Fill water tanks.
