Electrical Troubleshooting

Road Mode Gas Pedal inoperative Engine still in PTO

Depress clutch pedal to
cancel PTO mode.
Remote Throttle Control

No remote throttle
control.
Remote Control (Throttle
Enable) switch off.
Turn Remote Control switch
off, then on.
Throttle Enable SW
signal not present at
control module.
Check THROTTLE ENABLE
SW input LED is lit on the
control module.
Clutch pedal pushed in. Check THROTTLE ENABLE
output LED is lit on the control
module. Keep foot off clutch
pedal, check for pedal
interference.
Panic mode enabled via
E-STOP enabled, truck
shutdown in 5 seconds.

Reset E-STOP switch, restart
work mode.
E-Stop (Remote Button) Vent door opens, engine
RPM drops to idle
speed, and all functions
stop working.
Remote E-Stop button
