Seating
Seat sling tension adjustment
The seat upholstery may be
re-tensioned. To do this, loosen
all the screws as shown in Fig. 9
and detach the Velcro

. Re-tension
the seat sling by pulling down
on the detatched Velcro
©
against
the clamping bar. Re-secure the
clamping screws and re-seal

. Check sling for tension.

Seat cushions supplied by Sunrise
Medical will have Velcro

strips that
correspond to patches on the seat
sling (Fig. 10). You must ensure
these are aligned prior to using the
wheelchair. Other cushions used
should also have Velcro
©
strips
in a similar position to ensure the
cushion does not slip off the seat.
The seat cushions supplied by
Sunrise Medical all have removable
covers.
