Overview of the Sun StorEdge T3+ Array

Note –

All Sun StorEdge T3+ array disk drives in a workgroup or in an enterprise

configuration must have the same storage capacity and drive speed.

Array Controller Card

The Sun StorEdge T3+ array has a specific controller card that contains slightly
different features on the exterior and a different design on the internal controller
board. See

FIGURE 1-3

. The general features of each array controller card are

described in this section.
