ipmitest
Diagnostics SunVTS Test
The
ipmitest
checks the IPMI connectivity between the Netra CP2300 boards and
the active (1A) DMC. The test send IPMI commands and wait for a response. It will
retry up to four times if it fails to receive a response.

Diagnostics SunVTS Test
The
dmcatest
is a Solaris level DMC diagnostics test that runs on SunVTS through
the Netra CP2300 board. You must establish the communication interface between
the active (1A) DMC and the Netra CP2300 board before running this test.
To test the active (1A) DMC, select the
DMC-Active(dmcatest)
option from the
main SunVTS window (

Options dialog box appears.
