7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Problems with the connection via SNMP
1. Reachability
•Checkbythe"ping"command,whethertheWIBmodulecanbereachedviaEthernet.
•Checkwhetherthe

2. Speed
(Timeout, Cache holding time and Pre-fetch period) on page 19.
As many values do not change so often, you can set a bigger cache holding time.

than if it is connected with the C7000IOC and the A/C unit by an E-Bus board.
