1. Lower the rails all the way down.
2. Apply the brakes.
3. Raise the head section.
4. Using bungee cords, support the raised head section.
5. Using long needle nose pliers, remove the two inner cotter pins (A) that secure the support arm (B) in place (Figure 22).
Save the cotter pins.
6. Remove the support arm and the nylon shoulder bushings (C) (Figure 22). Inspect the nylon shoulder bushings and
replace if needed. Discard the support arm.
