7.1. Trailer documents

Together with delivery of purchased trailer the owner should obtain the following

documents:

Operator’s manual

Spare part’s book

Warranty card

The manual should be considered as permanent part of your machine and should

remain with the machine when you sell it. If manual is lost or becomes illegible please

contact your dealer or STRONGA for the replacement.

Other supplement documents required for registration or homologation procedures can

be delivered on request:

EC Certificate of Conformity (for trailer or standard assembly parts)

EURO 1 Movement Certificate

Air braking system calculations

7.2. Warranty conditions

UAB STRONGA guarantees efficient operation of the trailer during its use according to

technical and explotaitional conditions described within this manual. The given warranty

period for all new trailers is 12 month from date of purchase. Defects disclosed within

the warranty period will be remedied by STRONGA service team or manucaturer’s

approved service team.

Circumstances which exempt the manufacturer from all liability:

Non-observance of the specifications contained in this manual.

Incorrect utilization of the trailer or operation by untrained personnel

Incorrect installation.

Mishandling of the trailer operations effected on the same by unauthorised

personnel.

Inadequate mainteneance and overhauling of the trailer.

Utilization in defect of national and/or regional laws regulating the correct use of

the trailer.
