brake lever can be moved on to its next spline, the adjusting screw can be screwed
back (anticlockwise) and the brakes reset.
Perform adjustment of brakes separately for each wheel. If brakes are correctly
adjusted, you should achieve the following points:
Brakes are actuated simultaneously to the tractor (not too late and not too early).
Braking on each wheel is uniform and no excessive play appears between drum
and brake lining (stroke lengths of each actuator should be similar). Aim to obtain
difference of braking forces less than 30%.
Brake actuator is connected to lever at appropriate height.
Trailer exhibits braking efficiency of not less than 45%.
