Finally, retract
rear axle stabilizers
from axle and lock the container with
container
locking clamps
.
DANGER!
Do not operate the trailer if any components are damaged or broken.
WARNING!
When the stabilizers have retracted fully the warning triangle at the front of the
trailer will drop back down.
Switch off the
PTO
shaft
(where is fitted).
Once all checks have been completed it is safe to drive off.
Drive the container to the place where the container has to be unloaded when the
telescopic bumper
is mounted, it has to be slide into the short position.
The
unloading
of the trailer need to be performed contrary to the loading in the
following actions:
Switch on the
PTO shaft
(where is fitted).
Engage the
rear axle stabilizers
and open the
container locking clamps
. At the
same time the
warning triangle
pops up.
Push the
hook tower frame
back ensuring it reaches end of it’s travel. As soon as
the hook tower is pushed to its fully back position the tipping frame is unlocked.
Engage the
main cylinders
to move the
hook
with container behind the trailer.
Continue unloading and stop just on time when the container is
coming
completely on the ground
.
WARNING!
If the container is completely on the ground and you still pushing middle frame
down, then the HookLoada trailer will be raised and the equipment can be
damaged.
Drive the tractor forward so that the container’s hookbar comes out of the
hook
.
Pull the loading
middle frame
back to rest on the
chassis
.
