5. Periodic inspection and maintenance
Correct inspection and maintenance ensures years of safe and secure service. Failures
will be discovered before a serious damage has happened.
Stronga is not responsible for damages arising
out of lack of maintenance!
5.1. Periodic inspection
Daily inspection:
Before starting to use trailer check suspension for damages and tyres for cuts
and damages;
Check whole construction for deformation, damages and cracks.
Check all valves, hoses and pipes and report damage immediately to your
service department.
Check the function of the mechanical locking pin, rear axle stabilizers and
container locking clamps.
Check the hook on cracks and wear.
Important! Before starting to use trailer and during daily work observe that all
moving frames lies flat on main frame. In some situations (particularly when
tipping powdery loads) the pieces of the load or dirt may fall on to the chassis
(main frame)

and prevent the moving frames lie flat on the chassis
(main frame). If such outside objects are noticed it is necessary to remove it
immediately.
