5. Wheel
- Only use the wheel to move the tiller. Raise the support wheel before starting work. However, it is also
possible to use it at work in order to control the working depth.
MAINTENANCE
- Switch off the engine before carrying out any maintenance. If the engine must be running, make sure there
is adequate ventilation. Exhaust gases contain toxic carbon monoxide.
- Fill the fuel tank and carburetor completely after each use.
- All nuts, bolts and screws must be properly tightened so that the equipment is in a safe and serviceable
condition.
- Check your device regularly and, if you find that some parts are worn or damaged, replace them as a
precaution for your own safety. Worn or damaged machine parts may only be replaced by an authorized
service center or replaced by the dealer.
- Regular maintenance is a basic prerequisite for ensuring user safety, maintaining the operability and high
performance of the tiller.
- Make sure that original spare parts are used.

AIR FILTER CLEANING
1. Remove the air filter cover.
2. Remove the air filter and wash it with soapy water. Do not use gasoline or any other solvents
3. Allow the air filter to dry. Then refit the air filter and replace the air filter cover.
SPARK PLUG MAINTENANCE
- WARNING!
Using the wrong spark plug can damage the engine.
1. Disconnect the spark plug cable and remove any dirt in the spark plug compartment.
2. Unscrew the spark plug using the spark plug wrench.
3. Check the spark plug. If the spark plug electrodes are damaged or if its insulation is damaged, replace the
spark plug.
4. Measure the distance between the spark plug electrodes with a suitable gauge. The tear-off should be
0.60 - 0.70 mm. If necessary, adjust the tear-off by bending the side electrode.
5. Carefully screw on the spark plug by hand to prevent damage to the thread.
6. After screwing in, tighten the spark plug with a wrench to compress the washer.
7. When reassembling the original spark plug, tighten the spark plug another 1/8 to 1/4 turn after seating.
