depth and align the holes for inserting the locking pin accordingly. Insert the locking pin into the holes and
secure it with a cotter pin.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY
- Place the support wheel in the front wheel holder so that the holes for locating the locking pins are aligned.
- Insert the locking pin into the holes and secure it with a nut.
- Place the spring in the appropriate holes and secure with a cotter pin. The support wheel can now be
adjusted to 2 positions.
HANDLEBARS ASSEMBLY
- Fasten the lower part of the handlebars to the tiller with screws.
- Attach the right and left handlebars to the bottom of the handlebars with screws.
BLADES ASSEMBLY
- Mount the individual parts of the blades on the extension using the locking pins and cotter pins.
OPERATION
Before use:
1. Oil level check
Motor
- CAUTION!
Operating the machine with a low oil level can cause serious engine damage that is not covered
by the warranty.
- Check the oil level before each use.
1. Remove the oil tank cap and wipe the dipstick dry.
2. Measure the oil level in the tank.
3. If the oil level in the tank is low, add oil to the tank.
Oil is a major factor that affects performance and service life. Use oil for four-stroke engines. For normal use,
we recommend using SAE 15W-40 oil.
Transmission
- With the machine in a horizontal position, the oil level in the gearbox must reach the lower edge of the refill
hole, which can be found by unscrewing the oil refill plug located on the left side of the gearbox and tilting
the machine slightly towards the refill hole and the oil must start to flow out of the hole.
2. Air filter check
- A dirty air filter will prevent air from entering the carburetor, reducing engine performance. If you operate
the engine in a very dusty environment, clean the air filter at shorter intervals than those specified in the
maintenance schedule.
CAUTION!
Operating the engine without an air filter or with a damaged air filter will allow dirt to enter the
engine, causing it to wear faster. This type of damage is not covered by the seller's warranty.
Remove the air filter cover and check the filter. Clean or replace air filter cartridges. Always replace the filter
inserts if they are damaged.
3. Fuel
- WARNING!
Fuels mixed with alcohol or fuels mixed with ethanol or methane can bind moisture, which can
lead to separation and acid formation during storage. Acid fumes can damage the engine's fuel system during
storage. These fuels must not be used in the tiller.
- The four-stroke engine runs exclusively on pure unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of at least 95 (E
10).
