5.2.4.2 Lowering/raising the side brushes
The lowering of the side brush is performed manually using the
side brush adjustment lever directly adjacent to the steering
column. In the rest position of the side brushes, the adjustment
lever is in an upward position (1). The arrow on the lever is pointing
upwards. For lowering, the lever is moved downward (2) so that the
arrow is now pointing downward.

To raise the side brush, the lever must be moved upwards, so that
the arrow is pointing upwards.
IMPORTANT -
When parking the machine, the
side brushes need to be brought into the rest
position, to prevent deformation of the side
brush bristles, which would have a significantly
negative effect on the sweeping result.
5.3.1 Dust suction applications
The dust suction system is designed to be suitable for all
application areas of the machine. Dust suction is, however,
primarily used in indoor areas where a very high proportion of fine
dust and fine dirt particles exists, or in which a dispersion of dust is
generally undesirable.
5.3.2 Fan
5.3.2.1 Activating the fan
Depending on the selected sweeping mode, the (de-)activation
procedure for the fan takes place automatically when the PASS is
pressed. The fan can be activated (1+2) or deactivated (3+4) using
the button on the control panel with the fan symbol.
