Paprika raclette
For 4 Persons
2 red and 3 green peppers
100 g smoked bacon
800 g raclette cheese in slices
Salt, freshly milled pepper
Wash the peppers. Remove the pips and cut into fine strips. Similarly cut
the smoked bacon into strips and arrange on a plate with the peppers.
Firstly put some bacon into each pan and fry, then add some strips of
peppers and shortly cook with the bacon.
