Before working on the machine, unplug the power cord, turn off the water supply and actuate the spray gun until the pressure has
been relieved.
Fault Cause Remedy
Machine constantly switches on and
off (with spray gun closed) Leak in spray gun Replace spray gun
Leak in high-pressure hose Replace high-pressure hose
Leak in high-pressure coupling Have the machine checked by a servicing
dealer

Leak in high-pressure lines Have the machine checked by a servicing

Leak in heating coil Have the machine checked by a servicing

High-pressure pump or spray attachment is
leaky Have the machine checked by a servicing
dealer

Motor stops Machine switches off because the motor is
overheating Check whether the supply voltage and
machine voltage match; let the motor cool
down for at least 5 minutes
No supply of detergents Detergent tank is empty Fill detergent tank
Sludge in detergent tank Clean detergent tank
Air in system Set detergent metering valve to minimum
setting, bleed air out of high-pressure
pump, check hose from metering system
to water tank
Pick-up body clogged Clean pick-up body
Detergent intake fouled or defective Clean or repair detergent intake
Burner clogged with soot Fuel contaminated Use clean fuel
Burner dirty or incorrectly adjusted Have the machine checked by a servicing
dealer

Weak, ragged, unclean jet High-pressure nozzle in spray head is dirty Clean high-pressure nozzle; see
