Install detergent containers. See Figures 5-1 and 5-3.
a. To open the CIP
®
100 new detergent box, press along the
perforated line.
NOTE: Do not tear out the perforated cardboard flap.
b. Place the detergent box upside down to pull out the snap-on
closure.
c. The cardboard flap and flap must be inserted in the exterior
groove of the snap-on closure.
d. Insert the detergent box fitting in the exterior groove of the
snap-on closure.
NOTE: Fitting, as well as cardboard box and flap must be inserted
in the exterior groove.
e. Place the detergent box on the shelf. Be sure color on the box
matches color on the detergent compartment sticker.
f. Pivot the feed line connector and connect to detergent con-
tainer connector (see Figure 5-3).
g. Pivot the locking plate over the feed line connector and secure
plate into the feed line connector groove and locking pin
groove.

Repeat steps a to g for CIP

Close detergent compartment door.
9.
Close unit door.
10. Press
ON/OFF
pushbutton to start the unit (see Figure 5-2). For
4 seconds, display shows:
