10. For STERIS washers using small 300 mL/minute pump, select the 30 ml/min flow rate to start
your calibration procedure. Select the 120 ml/min flow rate for large 1200 mL/minute pump.
Press Scroll key to select the pump number, press the Up arrow to select the appropriate
flow rate. When all pumps have the correct flow rate press enter.
11. Press Scroll key to select which pump to calibrate or press enter key to skip past calibration
routines.
12. Press the Up key to start the pump speed calibration routine. Press Scroll to select the pump
to be calibrated then press the Up key to start the flow rate test. The pump will delay five
seconds before starting. Make sure to have your graduated cylinder under the discharge tube
before you start the pump. The pump will run for 60 seconds. Capture the fluid volume
dispensed and note total milliliters dispensed.
