In the next menu you will increase or decrease motor speed to achieve 30 or 120 ml/minute flow rate. If the
fluid volume dispensed is less than the desired 30 or 120 ml/min increase the “New Speed” setting in
increments of 5% then press enter to continue. Decrease the motor speed by the same % if the flow rate test
results in too much chemical dispensed. Once you enter the New Motor Speed the controller will show the
pump speed %. Press enter to continue calibrating the next pump and repeat steps 10, 11 and 12.
14. If you are running in Signal Mode (for Non-STERIS or HAMO Washers) follow all of the same
procedures for calibration.
