Install and adjust the Micro-Switch assembly 

1.

 

Clean the brake and remove glue from micro-switch installation surface.

 

 

2.

 

Smear some glue on micro-switch back surface, install micro-switch with plate, tighten bolt

1222 thread sealant. Wait about 6 hours until the glue solidifies.

Micro-switch adjustment

: 

Check

：

make sure that the gap between the static plate and the dynamic plate: 030-0.40mm. 

(refer  to  IGL15  permanent  magnet  synchronous  elevator  tractor  spare  parts  replacement 

manual - brake FZD10 replacement and adjustment method)

 

Connect the stylus of multimeter with the exit wire of micro switch (NO, COM), and dial the 

multimeter  to  the  corresponding  gear  position.  When  the  brake  loses  power  and  holds  the 

brake,  insert  the  feeler  into  the  gap  A  between  the  contact  and  lever  position  of  the  micro 

switch.  When  the  feeler  is  0.65mm,  the  contact  will  not  act  (no  display  on  the  multimeter), 

and when the feeler is  0.85mm, the contact will  act  (display and hoot on the multimeter). If 

not, it needs to be adjusted.

 

Loosen the nut M5 with an open wrench (8mm), and screw out the bolt (M5×30) 1 ~ 2mm. 

Apply a small amount of TONSAN 1243 thread glue to the screw hole and bolt joint surface.
