2.3.2.
Install the bearing 6212-2RS
1.
Clean the main shaft bearing gear, put the bearing 6213-2rs into the main shaft
bearing gear, and then put the bearing 6213 pressure sleeve on, hit it in place with
a copper hammer, and then use the retainer pliers to load the retainer 65 into the
main shaft bearing gear, and fix the inner ring of the bearing.

Clean the spindle gear of spindle assembly and brake wheel assembly, press the
button to deburr, and apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the outer circle of
spindle (matching surface with brake wheel), and include it into the hole end of
brake wheel main axle of brake wheel assembly. Screw the screw M12 into the
M12 screw hole on the end face of the spindle, install the backing plate and
hollow jack through the screw M12×300 to the end face of the brake wheel, then
screw the nut M12 and tighten it with an open wrench (18mm). Operate the jack
to install the spindle assembly in place.
3.
Remove nut M12 with an open wrench (18mm), then remove backing plate,
screw M12 and hollow jack.
