Adjust brake noise
1.
Check whether the gap between the moving iron core and the static iron core of the brake
meets the requirements.
2.
Measure brake noise
≤
65dB(A) with decibel meter; If noise > 65dB(A), loosen nut M6 with
a dummy wrench (10mm), and screw out four screws (M6
×
60) with an hexagon wrench
(3mm) until the internal shock absorption component of the brake is not stressed.
3.
Turn on and off the brake, and fine tune the section screw M6×60 until the noise meets the
requirements (screw M6×60 in four positions should be adjusted simultaneously and
uniformly).
4.
Adjust end lock nut M6. When the brake is energized, check the gap between the moving and
static iron core shall not be greater than or equal to 0.05mm.
