This is necessary so that the system can detect that, for
instance, the Engine Speed (RPM) has fallen to zero and will
have sufficient time to stop the Pro DVR from recording
before power is removed from the Stack system.

Failure to stop the Pro DVR from recording before the power
is removed will cause up to the last 20 seconds of the video
recording in progress to be lost!
