Corrupted Compact Flash Cards
If the Compact Flash card
is removed, or if power is
disconnected from the Pro
DVR during a recording, it
is possible the card may
become corrupted or the
files could be incomplete.
In this case run Windows’
Scan Disk routine which
will help recover any
missing data.
To run Scan Disk, right
click on the Compact Flash
card icon in My Computer
and select “Properties”.
Select the “Tools” tab and,
under “Error-checking”,
click “Check Now”.
The Check Disk dialog will
now be shown. Check
“Automatically fix file
system errors” and click the
“Start” button.
