Damper Removal

Remove the rebound damper and seal head.

Clean the inside and outside of the upper tube and inspect it for 

scratches.

NOTICE

Scratches on the inside surface of the upper tube can cause oil to 

leak. If an internal scratch is visible, the crown steerer upper tube 

assembly may need to be replaced.
