Air Spring Removal and Service - Silver

Clean the inside and outside of the tube and check for scratches.

NOTICE

Do not scratch the inside surface of the air tube. Scratches will cause 

air to leak.

Remove the seal head, All-Travel spacer (A) if installed, and the top out 

bumper. Clean the air spring shaft and inspect it for scratches.
Air spring internals vary by fork and travel. Refer to 

Air Spring Service - 

Judy Silver, 30 Silver, Recon Silver RL

 for reference.

Remove and discard the air piston o-ring. 
Apply grease to a new o-ring and install it.

NOTICE

Do not scratch the air piston. Scratches will cause air to leak.
