5.1 DISPLAY FEATURES
5.1.1 DISPLAY ZONES
The XT50 Cross Trainer was built to be easy to use. Understanding the electronic
functions on the display will help you get the most out of this product. Please note the
display zones and their explanations shown below.

Zone 1, the workout illustration area, shows exercise programs illustrations,
user settings, prompts, user ID, age, weight, and KG or LB units of measure.
Zone 2, the feedback area, shows workout information including WORKOUT
LEVEL, HEART RATE, TIME, RPM, DISTANCE, and CALORIES.
LEDs light to indicate active workout programs: RANDOM, TRACK,
INTERVAL, and HILL.
Main control keys include QUICK START, ENTER, STOP, and START.
Workout level keys increase and decrease resistance on the legs.
