5.3.1 WORKOUT PROGRAMS

INTERVAL
The WT indicator flashes. KG or LB lights up. KG indicates metric mode,
which has a preset value of 75 KG. LB indicates US mode, which has a preset value
of
? and ? keys until your actual weight appears. Then press the
ENTER key to confirm your choice and proceed to select an exercise program.
The exercise program indicator flashes. ""SELECT PROGRAM"
appears on the workout profile screen. Press a PROGRAM selection key to enter the
related program. Then press the ENTER key to confirm your choice and to proceed
to set the exercise time.
4. Workout Duration - The time window shows the previous workout duration setting.
Press ? and ? keys to change the setting. Time range is from 5:00 to 99:00. Press
the ENTER key to confirm your choice. The workout begins.
Workout programs include INTERVAL, RANDOM, TRACK, and HILL. Choose a
workout program by pressing the associated key while the workout program indicator
flashes. If you stop pedaling in any workout program, "PAUSE" scrolls across the
screen. Continue pedaling or press START to resume your workout.
One lap is 400 meters (0.25 mile). The preset resistance level is level one. Press
WORKOUT LEVEL

to adjust resistance. After leaving the track mode,
resistance returns to level one.
A different exercise program appears each time the RANDOM key is pressed. Press
the key until you see a program you like. Then start exercising. Press WORKOUT
LEVEL

keys to adjust the resistance level. Time counts down.
After you activate the INTERVAL program, instructional prompts appear. "ENTER
REST TIME" scrolls across the screen. Time flashes. Press WORKOUT LEVEL

keys to set your rest time. Then press ENTER to confirm your choice.
