Chapter 4 - Installation

Installing an HBA in the Master Node

4.

Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the single screw that secures the PCI blanking
plate to the chassis.

Remove the PCI blanking plate screw.

5.

Remove the HBA from its packaging.

6.

Orient the HBA so that the card bracket faces the rear of the chassis and the edge
connector is oriented down.
