5.1.2
Belt maintenance
It is of utmost importance that the belts are correctly mounted and tightened. When
new belts are mounted they must
be tensioned to 370 Nm
. See Figure 5.1, for guidance on left-hand and right-hand build machines.
After 3-5 working hours the belts may have slackened and must be checked. Once
used, belts must be tensioned to
330 Nm.

– OPTIKRIK I (Part number 140155.0). See Figure 5.5
13mm (M8) spanner. Or socket with ratchet with short extension
6mm Allen key

With reference to the images seen below, operations to be carried out are the following:
5.1.2.1 Remove the nuts fastening the protective cover, see Figure 5.2;
5.1.2.2 There are three belt tensioners, one for each belt, see Figure 5.3;
5.1.2.3 Loosen the four Allen screws, see Figure 5.4;
