Description
Iso Valve
1=Yes
Sets control of the optional isolation valve. Setting this to 1 enables the
isolation valve, allowing you isolate the condenser chamber from the
product chamber. If available, press
F2
to activate the isolation valve.
Select 1 to open and 2 to close the valve.
Note:
The semiauto isolation valve option must be installed at the factory
with the P-Rise option.
Pressure Rise Test (P-Rise)
1=Yes
Enables the optional pressure rise test function. Yes allows you to use the
P-Rise/barometric endpoint test to determine when your product has dried
sufficiently.
Note:
The P-Rise option must be installed at the factory with the semiauto
isolation valve option.
Interstage Control?
1=Yes
Enter 1 to enable Interstage Control.
Cascade On
Sets the Cascade On temperature if the unit is equipped with a cascade
refrigeration system.
Diff.
Sets the temperature control for the second compressor in a cascade
system. If the temperature is higher, the compressor is enabled. If the
temperature is lower, the compressor is disabled.
Note:
The barometric endpoint/Pressure Rise (P-Rise) option requires an optional isolation valve and
external condenser. This function does not apply to all units. Refer to the operator’s manual for your
freeze dryer.

Parameter
Description
Temperature Span
Sets the temperature high point offset based on the ‘zero’ point.
Temperature Calibration
Sets the temperature offset at a known cold temperature using approved
equipment.
Vacuum 1 Calibration
Sets the first vacuum offset at a known low pressure using approved
equipment.
Vacuum 2 Calibration
Sets the second vacuum offset at a known low pressure using approved
equipment. This is used only when the second vacuum option is selected.
Proportional Gain
Sets the gain coefficient for the proportional part of the PID controller.
Integral Gain
Sets the gain coefficient for the integral part of the PID controller.
Derivative Gain
Sets the gain coefficient for the derivative part of the PID controller.
Acceptance
Sets the acceptable temperature deviation from setpoint to allow the system
to advance to the next step.
Vacuum Bleed Valve Size
Regulates the size of the air inlet aperture for vacuum control.
