•
Vac Ctrl
enables fine control of the vacuum at the Vacuum Control setpoint
using the gas bleed or power save method.
•
Defrost
heats the condenser to the Defrost Temperature Setpoint and
maintains that temperature for a the Manual Defrost Time Setpoint. This
button is locked when any other mode is active.
•
Vac Release
breaks vacuum by admitting ambient air or inert gas into the
chamber through the vacuum release valve. This button is locked when any
other mode is active.
Automatic Mode Buttons
•
Start
initiates an automatic cycle or recipe.
•
Stop
terminates an automatic cycle or recipe.
Note:
A
Stop
command must be confirmed by pressing
F2
.
•
Recipe
opens the Recipe Manager, which allows you to modify recipe
parameters.
•
Profile
displays the recipe temperature trend line.
•
Synoptic
returns you to the Synoptic screen. System temperature and
vacuum control loops are only active when the Synoptic screen is displayed.
•
Maintenance
displays the Maintenance menu. For more information, see
Chapter 8: Maintenance Settings.
•
Alarm
displays all possible system alarms. Alarms triggered during the
freeze-dry process are highlighted by a black square and can be
acknowledged and cleared from this menu.
•
F1
displays the Conversions screen, which shows comparable temperatures
for existing vapor pressure.
•
F2
displays a menu for optional features, including semiauto isolation valve
control and Pressure Rise (P-Rise) testing.
WARNING!
NEVER CONNECT A GAS SOURCE WITHOUT A PRESSURE REGULATOR. THE PRESSURE
REGULATOR MUST BE ABLE TO REDUCE SUPPLY PRESSURE TO 1 PSIG (70 MBAR OR 7 KPA) OR LESS.
