SECTION 8 TRACK SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
8.1 REGULAR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
CAUTION
> ALL TORQUES ARE AS PER APPENDIX “A” TORQUE TABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
> ALWAYS USE SOUCY TRACK APPROVED SPARE PARTS AND LUBRICANTS WHEN YOU
MAINTAIN YOUR TRACK SYSTEM.
> INSPECT TORQUE ON ALL BOLTS AFTER THE FIRST TWO HOURS OF USE. OPERATING
WITH LOOSE BOLTS CAN LEAD TO DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS, LOSS OF TRACK SYSTEM
SUB-ASSEMBLIES, AND SEVERE INJURIES OR DEATH.
• Proper maintenance of the track system will maximize its service life and prevent premature failure of components.
• The next table lists the minimum maintenance requirements applicable to the track system. Maintenance intervals
can be adjusted according to factors such as driving habits and operating conditions.

• Soucy track recommends reducing by half the maintenance intervals recommended by the manufacturer for the
planetary gear oil, hydrostatic oil and filters.
• Check front wheel toe every 25 hours and rephase steering system if needed.
