1.
Place the tip of the tape on the inner surface of the track. Position the tape on the side of the sprocket as shown.
2.
Place your thumb over a number on the tape, without applying pressure.
3.
Let someone grab the track firmly on each side and push hard two or three times.
NOTE
The tape should slide.
