Verify that the front door is securely closed. The AIT autoloader cannot operate
normally if the front door is not closed.
A.6. Transporting the AIT Autoloader
If you are transporting the AIT autoloader for any reason, such as when moving
or repairing the autoloader, make the following preparations.
• When packing, perform the unpacking procedure outlined in “Unpacking”
(page 22) in reverse.
• Eject all the cartridges in the autoloader. If the cartridges cannot be ejected by
normally, see “The cartridges cannot be ejected” (page 142) in
“Troubleshooting”.
• Remove all the cables such as the power cable, the SCSI cable, the terminator,
and the network cable.
